Take Class
In-Person or Virtual
Group classes for all levels offered daily in-person at the studio and virtually in the comfort of your home. Whether you are looking for an early morning yoga class to start your day or a stability/mobility class so you can lift your grandkids. We will give guidance to make sure you succeed.
Class Levels & Schedule
Please register online for in-person or virtual classes. There is a cut-off time to registration so the teacher has time to plan class based on who is attending. Zoom link for virtual class will be emailed prior to class.
These classes are meant for dedicated students. Classes build on each other.
If you only want to drop-in occasionally, this is not the studio for you.
LEVELS FOR MAT BASED CLASSES
All Levels:
Appropriate for everybody whether you are 30 or 80-years-old.
Able to get down on the floor (including with assistance).
Intermediate/Advanced:
Can easily get down and up off the floor and ‘major’ injury free.
LEVELS FOR EQUIPMENT CLASSES
Must complete at least 10 Private Sessions prior to attending.
Students who take more than 1 month off will need to repeat Private Sessions.
Beginner Level Equipment:
Only equipment class open to anyone without requiring private sessions.
Exercises are chosen to accommodate all bodies with a focus on the older (& wiser) population.
Multi Level Equipment:
Getting started with group classes and need help – all the way to seasoned students
who can make adjustments when teacher ‘yells’ across room.
Intermediate/Advanced:
Able to do your series independently, understand setting up equipment,
utilize teacher for fine-tuning and add-ons.
Responsible to stay safe when group learns new exercises.
Advanced Level Equipment:
Injury free and know the classic reformer series.
