Individual sessions are great for anyone. Some people choose private sessions specifically when they are:
- Wanting a customized workout
- Limited by an injury
- Preparing for group class
- Focusing on a specific goal
- Wanting to work on the Pilates equipment
- Looking for a specific time of day
- More comfortable one-on-one
- Want to be pushed further to play their edge
All private sessions must be scheduled in advance by contacting Sheri.
Duet or Semi-Private sessions can be for up to 5 people for pilates equipment and unlimited for yoga or belly dancing sessions. Sessions are 55 minutes.
