So what does the “and beyond” in the studio name mean?

Well, everything that isn’t specifically Pilates or yoga. For example: exercises for neuromuscular conditions, wobble board, rock mat, slackline, hoola hooping, TRX, foam roller, body rolling balls, exercise balls, stretching, and anything else that might pop up. The possibilities are endless on what we can do to obtain happiness and be healthy — meaning both phyically and mentally fit.
