So what does the “and beyond” in the studio name mean?

Well, everything that isn’t specifically pilates or yoga. For example: slackline, hoola hooping, bellydancing, TRX, Thai Yoga Bodywork, foam roller, body rolling balls, exercise balls, stretching (for those that don’t want to do yoga), and anything else that might pop up. The possibilities are endless on what we can do to obtain happiness and be health — meaning both phyically and mentally fit.
